About the Role

Charlie Health is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR Business Partner team, you will provide strategic and tactical support to drive engagement, retention, and growth of top talent. Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the People Team to identify departmental and company-wide trends, and develop initiatives to address them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Revolutionizing how we use data to inform strategic initiatives
  • Establishing connections with team members to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partnering with Senior HRBPs to create, roll out, and measure the effectiveness of retention and engagement initiatives
  • Supporting the execution of Talent and Performance Review processes
  • Identifying and resolving process issues across key groups and the broader company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 3-5 years of demonstrated success in an HR support/generalist role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of effective reporting and data analysis
  • Thorough knowledge across all HR functional areas

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role will be between $110,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience.
