Human Resources Generalist

At Educational Alliance, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting various programs and processes, including onboarding, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and compliant integration into the organization.
- Enter data into HRIS platforms, background check websites, and other software systems.
- Draft memos and correspondence for job status changes, employment verification, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain the People and Culture intranet site and provide QA/QC support to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with special projects, including process improvements, standard operating procedures, and employee communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, and management, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR-related work, with onboarding experience preferred.
- Strong administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
