As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ellie Mental Health of Naples, you will align with our mission to enhance and broaden access to high-quality mental health services. Founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW, Ellie Mental Health began with the first clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, our family has expanded to include numerous clinics across Minnesota and a growing network of locally owned franchises nationwide.

We take pride in our commitment to destigmatizing mental health care. The mental health sector is often fraught with obstacles, and we strive to bridge these gaps and discover innovative solutions to dismantle barriers for the communities we serve.

We are excited to announce the establishment of Ellie Mental Health in southwest Florida, with our Naples clinic now operational and additional locations on the horizon. Our team is rapidly expanding, and we are eager to welcome new members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess mental health conditions, develop, and execute treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance our mission of addressing community needs.
  • Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual session documentation following company protocols.
  • For full-time clinicians, maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits weekly.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, other Ellie staff, and educational personnel as necessary.
  • Participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Engage in additional responsibilities that contribute to your role.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution, with progress toward licensure in your chosen discipline.
  • Possession of clinical licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) is essential.
  • Experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Timely completion and submission of service documentation and other necessary paperwork.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is advantageous).
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
