Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing therapy department at Neuroscience and Spine Associates, P.L. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Outpatient setting and will thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and promote independence.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises to support optimal recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using electronic health records.
  • Stay current with best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities to advance clinical expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working in Out-patient settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
