As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote positive change.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent client outcomes.
- Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services that align with the company's mission and values.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting mental health issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other software applications used in the mental health field.
