Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and deliver targeted therapy to students facing speech and language challenges.
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster academic and social growth.
- Track and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- (Provisional) State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not mandatory.
