Position Overview:
As a Licensed Professional Therapist at our facility, you will engage in delivering therapeutic services grounded in evidence-based methodologies. Your role will encompass:
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Engaging with children, adolescents, and their families to facilitate transformative therapy.
- Ensuring timely completion of agency-required training.
- Identifying and diagnosing using DSM 5-TR criteria.
- Creating and reviewing individualized Treatment Plans.
- Managing a caseload that reflects client needs and session frequency.
- Expanding the Children's Outpatient services through community outreach and innovative practices.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records.
- Collaborating with care coordinators for administrative support as needed.
- Meeting quarterly billing expectations once a full caseload is established.
Qualifications:
To be part of our exceptional outpatient team, candidates must possess:
- A Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related discipline.
- A clear and active Florida Therapy License (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW). Licensed Eligible Candidates may be considered if they are on track to obtain licensure within three months of employment.
- Compliance with immunization requirements.
- Preferred experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass background checks.
