As a Geotechnical Engineering Director, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing large-scale subsurface investigation programs, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to our team.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in geotechnical engineering, including foundation design, soil stability analysis, and related laboratory testing.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and grow our Geotechnical Engineering Department
* Plan, implement, and manage large-scale subsurface investigation programs
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to our team
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering (ABET accredited program)
* Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey
* Valid Driver\u2019s License
* 12+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering
* Strong communication, data management, and technical writing skills
* Business development and client relationship experience
