Director of Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Engineering to lead our Salesforce engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and a strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with the organization's transformation goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of C#/React Engineers, Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Oversee the optimization, customization, and configuration of the Salesforce platform to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Manage data integrity, quality, and security within our platforms.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in Engineering & Salesforce, including 5+ at a leadership level.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's preferred.
