Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Office Manager with bookkeeping experience to join our team at VIP Tech. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative needs of our family office, including bookkeeping, filing, and supply management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform bookkeeping duties, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
  2. Maintain and update the filing and supply management system for the family office.
  3. Assist with tenant correspondence, including sending invoices and collecting rent.
  4. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for the family office director and other staff members.
  5. Provide administrative support to the family office director and other family members, including answering phone calls, emails, and letters, and preparing documents.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of a college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  2. At least three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a family office or a similar setting.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Discretion and confidentiality.
