Qualifications:

  • Dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Proficient in telephone communication.
  • Typing and documentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus, but training will be provided.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and identify their needs.
  • Provide detailed information about products and their usage.
  • Maintain and update customer records in dealership systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding procedures.
  • Coordinate test drives and vehicle appraisals.
  • Assist in processing vehicle invoices.
  • Generate rebate summaries for vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for customer credit approvals.
  • Work with the service department to facilitate accessory installations.
  • Schedule appointments and deliveries.
  • Reconcile monthly sales volumes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: This role may require exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Duties may involve using hands for various tasks, reaching, climbing, and occasionally lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
