Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + monthly performance bonuses

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Valet Manager to join our team at ParkOps. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the operational and financial success of our client account. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, Train, and Manage Employees: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to ensure the smooth operation of our client account.
  • Oversee Employee Schedules and Daily Tasks: Coordinate employee schedules and daily tasks to ensure efficient operation of the service drive, wash, parts routes, pickup & delivery, and fleet.
  • Work with HR and District Manager: Collaborate with our HR and District Manager to administer company policies and initiatives, and maintain all standard operating procedures as outlined with our client.
  • Provide Daily Review of Safety Operations: Conduct a daily review of safety operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Regular Meetings with Client Account Holders: Schedule regular meetings with our client account holders to discuss operational performance and address any concerns.
  • Review Payroll and Time and Attendance: Conduct a review of payroll and time and attendance to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with Budgeting Process: Collaborate with our finance team to assist with the budgeting process and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Continuously Train and Educate Staff: Provide ongoing training and education to staff on safety and service procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Mentor, Review, and Coach Team Members: Mentor, review, and coach team members to identify individuals with management potential and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Perform Other Functions and Duties: Perform other functions and duties as required for the safe and efficient operation of accounts assigned.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Driving Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
  • Motor Vehicle Record Free of Recent Moving Violations: Have a motor vehicle record free of any recent moving violations.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Clearly Communicate: Have the ability to clearly communicate with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
