Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team at AppleOne. As a Contract Coordinator, you will provide principal support to the Contract and Closing Manager and be responsible for opening, maintaining, and filing all documents related to real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit documents and docusigns
• Review all files before handing them off to the Closing department
• Perform data entry and work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Requirements:

• Great administrative skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
