As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our members and providers, resolving administrative concerns, and managing relationships with key health plans and provider networks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to telephone inquiries from providers and members regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
- Research and articulate information to resolve member and provider needs
- Manage relationships with key health plans and provider networks to implement cost-saving products
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
