**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to telephone inquiries from providers and members regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
  • Research and articulate information to resolve member and provider needs
  • Manage relationships with key health plans and provider networks to implement cost-saving products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
