Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. This role requires a strong customer service background and the ability to determine the client's issue, offer possible solutions, or provide follow-up as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls about co-payments, ID cards, general benefits, and eligibility questions
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work with customers to determine the root cause of their issue and provide a solution
  • Document customer interactions and update records as necessary

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Call Center Customer Service experience, with a preference for healthcare experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
