As a Business Development Executive at Bridget Morgan LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion across our offices in Connecticut, New York, Florida, and North Carolina.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of IT staffing sales or recruiting experience to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess solid prospecting and account development abilities, success in selling and closing complex transactions in a B2B environment, and proven client service skills to create, maintain, and enhance client relationships.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation structure includes a competitive salary and commission-based incentives.

In this role, you will spend approximately 75% of your time engaged in outside sales activities, establishing and developing new client relationships, and diversifying our client base. You will also work closely with our recruiting team to identify the technology footprint of serviced clients and develop an effective service-delivery model.
