Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in the development of comprehensive plans, specifications, and material selections, ensuring that design intentions are accurately reflected in construction documentation.
  • Guide and mentor teams in producing precise technical and contractual documentation necessary for project execution.
  • Oversee construction administration tasks, including bid evaluations, site inspections, and addressing technical challenges to enhance construction quality.
  • Collaborate with governmental and regulatory bodies to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Manage and nurture talent, including resources for creating 3D software renderings and impactful presentations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 8 years of architectural experience is required, with a preference for consulting experience.
  • Registration as an Architect is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard architectural practices and procedures is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites, and 3D rendering software.
  • Ability to approach problems methodically and analytically, demonstrating strong critical thinking capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, along with strong facilitation, team-building, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading design efforts for large-scale projects and effectively delegating tasks to team members.
  • Capability to conduct quality reviews of detailed architectural documents and specifications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
