About the Role

Fannie Mae is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Workday Product Support to join our team. As a valued colleague, you will contribute to supporting the product lifecycle, provide tactical support across product areas, and collaborate with the team in assessing product needs and conducting product backlog maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather information about new or existing products to identify additional needs.
  • Assess the current state of products to discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of products to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support multiple internal groups in an energizing environment, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to define product strategy and customer outreach initiatives.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of related experience and a minimum of 2 years in Workday Finance product support.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and Management.
  • Certified in Workday Financials preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience preferred, with a strong understanding of Workday's GL and Corporate modules.
