Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our business customers, responding to their calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our commercial banking products and services, including online banking, treasury management, and loan products.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our products and services to our business customers, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support Business Customers: Assist business customers with online banking, bill pay, and other banking services.
- Process Transactions: Process transactions, including check orders, ATM/Visa Check card support, and telephone transfers.
- Verify Information: Verify customer information, including address changes and other file maintenance.
- Support Small Business Customers: Assist small business customers with loan servicing requests, including verifications of deposit and collections.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience: At least two years of call center, retail banking experience, or business banking experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
