Key Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including Behavior Driven Design and post-launch assistance.
- Self-manage and prioritize tasks according to business requirements.
- Exhibit strong communication, facilitation, and task management capabilities.
- Possess a solid understanding of project management methodologies and task coordination.
- Engage directly with end users to articulate technical solutions and workarounds.
- Effectively prioritize business issues.
- Be available for flexible hours to assist with application launches and production disruptions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with SQL database queries.
- Familiarity with automotive industry practices is advantageous.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and crafting innovative IT solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in automotive-related roles, particularly those involving dealer interactions, is a plus.
Additional Duties:
- Manage minor feature requests within an Agile delivery framework.
- Author and maintain technical product specifications.
- Document necessary efforts, identify, and monitor project risks.
- Provide user-level technical support for implemented solutions.
- Oversee scope changes, feature requests, and project-related defect tickets.
- Consult with business teams to ascertain needs and objectives.
- Handle special ad-hoc requests for the technology team.
- Troubleshoot and manage project issues from inception to resolution.
- Offer technical support to dealers and users, addressing application issues and identifying workarounds.
- Create, modify, and update training materials as needed.
