Job Summary:

The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing and quality control of various tasks, including data entry, mail processing, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and accurately distribute incoming mail and electronic data
  • Identify and prioritize tasks based on client account instructions and business needs
  • Prepare and print documents, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained
  • Mail out documents via UPS and fax documents that do not require signatures
  • Perform data entry tasks, including keying alpha/numeric information from source documents into our system
  • Ability to follow detailed client account instructions, process high volumes, and solve problems through ongoing feedback
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of end-to-end functions
  • Meet productivity metrics, including error-free work and high volume per hour, on a consistent basis
  • Communicate and escalate areas of problems or issues to management to avoid production schedules
  • Assist peers and partner with remote teams as needed
  • Shows strong adherence to security protocol and operating procedures

Requirements:

  • PC skills in office, clerical, faxing, item processing, data entry, or other related mailbox processing
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven reliability and commitment to work schedule and attendance
  • Flexibility to work additional hours with little notice
  • Working knowledge of preparing files in the financial industry (preferred)
  • Proven high quality standard for work produced (consistent error-free) and high throughput (consistent items per hour)
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines
  • Follow internal operational controls and adhere to financial industry regulations
  • Support other operations and administrative functions as required
  • Ability to work both independently and as an active participant in a team environment
