Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit strong organizational and follow-up abilities, effectively managing competing priorities and meeting all deadlines.
- Demonstrate accuracy in following instructions and proactively seek clarification to ensure alignment with desired outcomes.
- Understand and adhere to current company procedures, aligning with our vision, mission, and core values.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consistently meeting their expectations.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to address the needs and requests of multiple clients.
- Be willing to travel to client locations as necessary.
- Mentor junior accountants and interns to enhance efficiency and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- CPA certification is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CCH Axcess, and QuickBooks.
- One year of experience with GAAP is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in Portuguese, Italian, and/or Spanish, based on client demographics.
- Demonstrated reliability, organization, dedication, and effectiveness as a team member.
