Human Trafficking Case Manager and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at (NAHT) Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role that requires providing comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. As a Case Manager and Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, coordinating and advocating for services, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic healing and empowerment of survivors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide case management services to survivors of human trafficking, including assessments, service planning, and coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers to ensure access to resources and services
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic healing and empowerment of survivors
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management and social work
  • Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of case management services and social services
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with survivors
  • Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to trauma
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a relevant field
  • Experience in anti-human trafficking organizations or related fields is a plus
