Job Title: Workday Data Conversion Manager

Guidehouse is seeking a highly skilled Workday Data Conversion Manager to lead full platform Workday implementations. As a key member of our Workday Practice, you will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage build timelines and collaborate with project management team on tenant management
  • Plan and execute comprehensive configuration migration throughout deployment using Workday delivered toolset
  • Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday HCM & Financials system
  • Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
  • Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
  • Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
  • Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
  • Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
  • Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
  • Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience in Workday data conversion or equivalent work; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education
  • This role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest Guidehouse Office as needed or on occasion
