About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Workday Success Plans team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for content and services that inspire our customers, build customer engagement and collaboration, influence renewability, and prepare our customers for ongoing success with Workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and adhere to an inspiring WSP product roadmap that aligns with our overall Workday Success Plans strategy.
  • Create and oversee content development for your product area, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our overall strategy.
  • Determine objectives and key success measures, and analyze and react to WSP metrics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Think creatively to identify new opportunities for Workday Success Plans to help customers meet their business goals.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a deep understanding of Workday's Cross Applications/HCM products. You should have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions and content that meet the needs of our customers. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle shifting priorities, are essential for this role.

Basic Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience implementing or supporting Workday's applications in any commercial industry.
  • 3+ years of related experience as a subject matter expert, business analyst, or consultant with Human Capital Management (HCM, Onboarding, Change Job, Compensation, Benefits).
Other Qualifications
  • Workday certification required or ability to get certified.
  • Functional expertise in Compensation and/or Benefits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to change.
  • Consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
  • Continuous learning approach and personal ownership for ongoing learning and growth.
  • Build strong partnerships and leverage connections to get the job done.
  • Deliver best-in-class product adoption and retention programs, and serve as a brand ambassador for Workday Success Plans.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $95,000 USD - $142,400 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $85,900 USD - $163,800 USD
