Job Title: Senior Workday Reporting Analyst

SS&C Technologies is a leading provider of investment and financial services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries. As a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday to meet the needs of functional users.
  • Map data, create and use EIBs to load data into Workday, and lead in data validation to ensure data quality.
  • Work on special projects such as reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures.
  • Provide Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now.
  • May design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related human resources experience.
  • Must have 5 years' experience in Workday reporting.
  • Ideal candidate will have Workday Pro certification for Reporting.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and producing key deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
