About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the transformation of our Business Process Management (BPM) platform. As Associate Director, Application Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and architects to design, develop, and deploy a unified BPM platform that meets the needs of our business stakeholders.

The Team

You will be part of the Workflow & Controls team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the BPM platform. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

You will be responsible for driving the transformation of our BPM platform, which will enable our business to realize business values quickly by enabling teams to frequently deploy small independent units of business capabilities using mature DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

As Associate Director, Application Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of engineers and architects to design, develop, and deploy a unified BPM platform.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and architectures.
  • Ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in our software development processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in software development and architecture.
  • Strong technical skills in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
  • Experience with BPM platforms and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • Base salary range: $130,000-$155,000.
