Job Title: Project Manager Lead

Company Overview: At K2 Staffing, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional construction projects. As a Project Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of our projects.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.

Job Description: The Project Manager Lead will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This involves leading a team of project managers, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve safety, quality, and schedule goals.
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications from architects/engineers and communicate them to others.
  • Work with stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, and monitor progress.
  • Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships.
  • Develop cost-effective plans to ensure project completion.
  • Maintain project budgets and ensure projects operate within budget.
  • Understand contracts with owners and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Create agendas for project meetings and documents such as subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, profit forecasts, and pay applications.
  • Negotiate subcontracts and change orders with subcontractors/suppliers and owners.
  • Create owner letters and RFIs.
  • Assist in preparing RFQs or RFPs when requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to create complex schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams.
