Job Overview

The Cross Resource Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects valued over $10M. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring safe, on-schedule, and within-budget execution.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of project teams, guiding project execution, and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Leadership and coordination of project teams, spanning multiple disciplines and organizations.
  • Capital project budget management and cash flow oversight, collaborating with finance and project control teams.
  • Liaison between project teams, engineers, and management, ensuring project alignment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field, along with 20+ years of relevant experience; advanced degrees can offset two years of experience.

PMP certification required; construction management certification is a plus.
