MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex information technology cabling projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with expertise in Layer 1 cabling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and in budget.
  • Perform site surveys, design cable pathways, and develop project costs for OSP (Outside Plant) phases of telecommunications construction projects.
  • Lead engineers, designers, construction managers, and customers through the OSP phases of telecommunications construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or information technology, or 10 years of progressive experience in inside or outside plant cable infrastructure.
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly and retain information.
  • Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) certified by Building Industry Consulting Services International.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off.
