Overview

Volt is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the EV/Transportation Electrification space. We are seeking an experienced ESD Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects from planning to execution.

Estimated Salary

$80-$85 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role will involve:

  • Applying project management techniques to plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects.
  • Ensuring high-quality project execution and resolving schedule delays and conflicts effectively.
  • Leading, mentoring, guiding, and collaborating with individuals of diverse personalities and work styles to achieve successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 14 years of construction project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management techniques, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and resolving high-risk issues effectively.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
