Job Summary

- You will lead diverse teams to achieve successful outcomes, develop and maintain project budgets, and exercise sound judgment in decision-making.">
Key Responsibilities
">- Apply project management techniques to lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for large-scale construction projects.">
- Ensure high-quality execution and resolve schedule delays and conflicts.">
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.">
- Regularly monitor project progress and deliver status reports.">
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, manage risks, and ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations.">
- Align project activities with grant guidelines and ensure accurate reporting.">
Requirements
">- Bachelors Degree: From an accredited institution in technology or business, with 10+ years of construction project management experience.">
- OR Associates Degree: From an accredited institution, with 12+ years of construction project management experience.">
- OR High School Diploma/GED: With 14+ years of construction project management experience.">
- Advanced proficiency in project management techniques, Microsoft Office, and project management software.">
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).">
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects, including:">
- Planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.">
- Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while complying with safety and regulatory standards.">
- Expertise in the construction bidding process and working with construction firms.">
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
