Job Overview

Volt is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead EV/Transportation Electrification projects in Richland, WA. The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of construction project management experience and expertise in managing large-scale projects. This role involves applying project management techniques to lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply project management techniques to lead, plan, schedule, and optimize resources for construction and other large-scale projects
• Ensure high-quality project execution and effectively resolve schedule delays and conflicts
• Develop, maintain, and closely monitor project budgets to ensure timely and expected completion of projects
• Regularly monitor project progress and deliver comprehensive status reports
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, manage risk, and ensure compliance with all policies, laws, and regulations

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED: With at least 14 years of construction project management experience
• Advanced proficiency with project management techniques, Microsoft office, and project management software
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and effectively resolving high-risk issues
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
