Key Responsibilities- On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
- Technical Training: Train customers and service technicians on the operation and maintenance of our machines.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer machine problems via phone and/or on-site.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including technical reports and documentation.
- Education: Associate's Degree or two to three years related experience and/or training, or combination of education and experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of hydraulics, practical electrical engineering, and general knowledge of mechanical theory.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including domestic and international travel.
- PLC Experience: Experience with Program Logic Control (PLC) systems.
- Mechanical Background: Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial setting.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
