Key Responsibilities
This role is integral to the Marketing & Community Relations Department, providing essential administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the primary contact for marketing inquiries and requests.
2. Tracking marketing requests through the MarketingRequest portal, ensuring timely completion and communication with stakeholders.
3. Performing general administrative tasks, such as maintaining files and inventory, coordinating schedules, and processing departmental mail.
4. Managing marketing display materials and promotional items.
5. Monitoring and reporting on budget expenses and vendor obligations.
6. Publishing and distributing internal marketing communications.
7. Creating and updating promotional materials across various channels.
8. Assisting in event production and material fulfillment.
9. Maintaining the online marketing file structure and overseeing intranet content.
10. Providing daily support to team members and performing additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
The role may require the following physical activities:
• Frequent sitting, standing, reaching, and walking
• Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
• Potential overtime work
