About the Role

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Sustainability to lead our Sustainability Initiative team. As a key member of our Product and Industries division, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our Sustainability strategy, driving business growth through data-driven decision making, and fostering relationships with other groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team that defines our Sustainability strategy and ensures successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
  • Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications.
  • Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality.
  • Initiate and foster relationships with other groups.
  • Review product documentation and collateral.
  • Define sustainability plans, critical program scope, plans, and drive cross-org project execution within and outside of the organization.
  • Work with executive leaders and Field across Oracle business units to identify and analyze relevant statutory, industry and customer data to develop information that influences OCI's strategic approach.
  • Develop success measurement criteria, define KPI's for program performance, and build and maintain dashboards for self-service analysis.
  • Provide programmatic leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Define, develop, and implement standardized business processes and best practices for the organization.
