This Senior Vice President of Cloud Operations Engineering will be accountable for steering the delivery and technical strategy, including guiding the organization through transitions to DevOps, microservices architecture, and migration to OCI and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead and execute transformations towards DevOps, microservices architecture, and migration to OCI and multi-cloud.
• Cultivate and promote a robust engineering culture within high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment between program teams and initiatives, delivering a unified roadmap, execution, and results.
• Address growth and development needs while enhancing employee well-being and resolving process inefficiencies.
• Formulate and implement strategies to boost communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.

• Lead and inspire a team of program managers, aiming for alignment across engineering, operations, and partner organizations.

• Direct organizational strategy for extensive cross-organizational projects.
• Demonstrate a passion for understanding customer needs and guide the organization in delivering scalable solutions.
• Possess deep product and market knowledge in Cloud offerings, including customer/user requirements, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

People Management Experience:
• Proven success in recruiting and developing passionate individuals, ensuring exceptional execution by the team.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, capable of managing complex discussions with internal and external executives.
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering processes, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to optimize and redefine processes.

• Hands-on approach—willing to engage directly in tasks to achieve objectives.


Minimum Qualifications:


• 4+ years in a Director or VP-level role within a large organization, such as a Fortune 500 company or similar.

• Experience managing first-line managers and directors across multiple departments, overseeing a team of approximately 200 global employees.

• Proven track record in leading product reliability and lifecycle management, as well as transitioning a team to a modern DevOps/SRE model, preferably in a SaaS or Cloud context.

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is advantageous.
