Job Title: Regional Sales Manager East

This is a regional sales position that requires skills to manage dealers and their expectations as well as have a working knowledge of all PSBU products and proper field practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.
  • Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products.
  • Develops and executes a sales plan.
  • Prospects for new dealers.
  • Works with dealers to demonstrate products.
  • Prepares proposals.
  • Attends trade shows.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • BS in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience and training.
  • 2-5 years' business to business sales experience.
  • A self-starter – much of this job will be independent work.
  • Personable – Building strong relationships with customers will be key to success.
  • Organized – This job is fast-moving; organization will be critical.
  • Sales-Focused – A solid sales background is required.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Construction industry knowledge.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annualized. In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for certain Sales Incentives/Commissions.
