Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic brand initiatives with distributors and retail accounts to drive awareness, distribution, and revenue.
  • Manage sales planning and priorities at the distributor level and hold distributors accountable for results.
  • Effectively communicate and reinforce Heaven Hill Brands' brand objectives with distributors and retail accounts.
  • Provide distributors with tools and knowledge necessary to successfully execute Heaven Hill Brands' brand strategies and sales priorities.
  • Measure, report, and review program results with distributor managers and Heaven Hill Brands' Regional Manager.
  • Establish, grow, and maintain relationships with personnel in key retail accounts.
  • Cultivate key relationships with impact performers inside the distributors at all levels.
  • Strategically and systematically manage territory for maximum coverage results.
  • Manage calendar and time for maximized efficiency and strategy.
  • Manage compliance with national accounts mandates and opportunities passed along from Heaven Hill Brands' National Account Teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent years' work-related experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years work-related experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Analytical skills, including gathering data from a wide variety of sources and presenting it in formats suitable for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Sales and Marketing knowledge, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Good managerial and effective presentation skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
