Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Area Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the success of our hotel properties.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver sales materials, including flyers and brochures.
  • Assist with scheduling and servicing meeting rooms and event spaces.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
