Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers, payers, and advocacy groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
- Minimum 3+ years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of sales success and financial management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically
- Previous CNS sales management experience
- Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers, and hospitals
- Previous sales management experience and/or experience in other areas of the business, such as marketing, sales training, managed care account management, sales operations, or account management
