Technical Operations Specialist

Round One Entertainment is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Arcade/Bowling Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our amusement arcade and bowling machines.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer complaints regarding machine malfunction and analyze the issue to find the root of the problem.
- Assist the Facility Manager with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and circuitry issues in arcade games and bowling machines.
- Identify common problems with components such as controls and audio systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs tasks.
- Keep a clean and organized workshop.
- Be available to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime to support business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- A strong sense of integrity and respect for everyone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Technician will work in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical DemandsThe Technician will be required to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have high mobility/flexibility in small spaces. The employee will also need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
