We are a leading manufacturer of innovative products, and we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor equipment to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Identify and correct problems that cause line backups and analyze productivity issues with the manufacturing support team.
- Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality and efficient machine operation.
- Provide adjustments for corrective action and prepare, train, and ensure adherence to product procedures and work instructions.
- Collect data for key performance indicators and follow good manufacturing practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Read, write, and speak English
- Past experience or proven ability
- Must be able to read and understand basic math, blueprints, and SPC
- Must be trained in and understand safety regulations
