Landmark Landscapes is in search of a dedicated and skilled Landscape Architect Client Relations Manager to enhance our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design documents and proposals.
  • Foster collaboration with senior management and other account managers across diverse project types and sizes.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guide and mentor design staff, promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Coordinate with ownership and account managers to refine project concepts and ensure quality assurance in design documents.
  • Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and proposals, as well as responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Participate in project interviews and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Engage in regular meetings to align project objectives, work plans, and team initiatives.
  • Monitor project budgets and review monthly financial reports.
  • Serve as a design resource, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
  • Possession of a Wisconsin Landscape Architect license or the ability to obtain reciprocity promptly.
  • Strong team player with exceptional design, graphic, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a proven track record in producing high-quality design presentations and documentation.
  • Experience in project accounting, with the ability to manage schedules and budgets effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction administration and specifications.
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Proficient in design software, including Dynascape, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D modeling applications.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite Applications (or Google equivalents), PDF management, and landscape management software such as Aspire.
