Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including coordinating and monitoring the progress of work.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal team members, to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management or superintendent role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
What We Offer
