Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance by processing and verifying accounts payable and purchase orders.
  • Managing time reporting, material tracking, and project data.
  • Overseeing inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Coordinating events, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Receiving and caring for plant materials in our nursery.
  • Offering administrative and field support to various departments or projects as required.
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid and in good standing driver's license.
  • A degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
