Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in the Vancouver area. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new homes to potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell new homes to potential buyers and guide them through the sales process
  • Meet sales goals and targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in sales training and development programs

  • Valid driver's license

Compensation

Total Compensation: $222,450 - $556,700+ with uncapped potential

Commission: 2.5% commission on all closed sales under $500,000, 2.0% commission paid on all closed sales over $500,000

Bonus Structure: Paid at each level of units closed within a calendar year ($5,000 - $30,000 based on number of units closed)

Paid Training: 100 days of Training Pay totaling $13, equivalent to $48,000 a year) paid bi-weekly

Other: $250 monthly car allowance and $100 monthly phone allowance
