Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate client records within management systems.
  • Informing clients about available account services and features.
  • Assisting in the creation of reports and materials for client engagements.
  • Gathering necessary documentation for new account openings and service requests.
  • Coordinating team marketing initiatives and overseeing marketing resources.
  • Providing the team with a comprehensive schedule of activities.
Qualifications
  • Possession of Series 7 and 66 licenses is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in client-facing roles or client service within the finance industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with discretion, tact, and adaptability to evolving demands.
