Job Description

At EMA San Diego, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Create and maintain client accounts, develop and implement personalized marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Software Systems Training: Learn and become proficient in the software systems provided by our clients to effectively communicate with incoming inquiries and provide seamless customer service.
  • Client Interaction Reporting: Provide daily breakdowns of client interactions to management, offering feedback to improve the client experience and drive business growth.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with all products and services we promote and sell to effectively answer client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Cross-educate with other departments to excel in our training program and potentially advance to management based on individual performance.
