Your Role:
As the representative of VCA, the Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in establishing the practice's atmosphere, fostering trust and confidence among our clients. The CSR is integral to the hospital's operations and is responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service, which includes welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and escorting clients and their pets to examination areas.
- Coordinating and confirming appointments efficiently.
- Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
- Presenting and clarifying fees, along with processing payments.
- Advising on, selecting, and acquiring products and services, including prescriptions.
- Responding to inquiries about products and services, while educating clients on general pet care and non-medical aspects (e.g., heartworm prevention, house training, and flea & tick management).
- Overseeing medical records, documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintaining the hospital environment (including the removal of animal waste) and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility, both indoors and outdoors.
